This is the perfect camper for a family vacation in the mountains! Let us do the work and stress of towing and setting up the RV, and so you can just show up, relax, and enjoy your stay!2017 Forest River Salem featuring queen sized bed, triple bunks, fold out sofa, and dinette are that will convert to bed. Unit will sleep up to 8 people. RV has large open living area with TV entertainment center, full couch, and large dining area. The kitchen features a full sink, propane stove/oven, large refrigerator and freezer, and storage for food and other items. Full bathroom contains large shower/tub combo, great for giving the kids a bath and not having to fight the small showers in most RVs. Full Queen sized bed with large closets on each side offer plenty of room for hanging clothes and storing other items. Bedroom also features a Wi-Fi ready TV, dual sliding doors for privacy, and a laundry hamper door so you can keep dirty clothes in the storage compartment and out of the way. Outside the camper, you'll have a large 18 foot power awning to provide plenty of shade or protection from the rain. RV features 2 large Propane tanks, plenty of outside accessible storage, LED lighting, and more.*Delivery Information*
We will deliver the camper to your campsite and provide setup on the first day of the rental agreement, as well as show you where everything is on the camper, if needed. Camper will contain notes on all of the controls for awning, slide, jacks, ect., in case you have any questions. Owner contact info will be provided during camper setup in case any questions come up during your stay. You can also contact the owner for advice on any local venues or events that you may be considering during your stay. At the end of the rental, we will pick up the camper. All you have to do is check out of your campsite.

1. If it is suspected that smoking has occurred within the RV during your stay, $300 will be deducted from your security deposit to have the interior professionally cleaned.
2. If it is suspected that pets have been kept inside the RV, $300 will be deducted from your security deposit to have the interior professionally cleaned.
3. If personal trash, dirt, or other items are left in RV, $300 will be deducted from your security deposit to have the interior professionally cleaned.
4. If regular toilet paper is used in the RV, it will not break down properly and can clog up the sewage lines. If regular toilet paper is used instead of the provided RV toilet paper, $300 will be deducted from your security deposit to have the sewage system properly repaired and cleaned.
