2.0I wasn’t told that the RV would be plugged into the house when I picked it up. Thought it would be in the same state it was when I had attended. The orientation a few days earlier. It ripped the power cord off the RV. I had to pay to get it fixed and we were not able to use the RV for the trip. Massive waste of money. Vacation ruined. It’s a very nice RV and I’m sure it would have been great if the communication would have been better.

5.0Chris was a conscientious host. He returned our phone call late at night when we had a question. We found him very easy to work with and enjoyed our trip. Having the motorhome helped ensure my 91 year old mother had a comfortable journey. Pick up and return went smoothly. I would rent from him again.
