Evidence of smoking is determined at the sole discretion of the owner and will cause forfeiture of your Security Deposit. 5. Please contact owner for pet policy. Pet on board without contacting owner will cause forfeiture of your security deposit. 6. No climbing on roof (for safety reasons). 7. Pick-up time is 3PM and return by 11AM. Renter can opt to early pick up and late return for $10/hr, for a max of $100 as a half day charge. 8. Do not make repairs without approval.
