This trailer has 2 doors, 1 large slide out, master bedroom queen, bunk beds, 2 TVs, stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers, power awning with LED lights, LEDs under the trailer, fully equipped with ice maker, coffee maker, sheets, towels, chairs, utility hoses, propane grill, zero gravity chairs, large outdoor carpet, and fans for keeping bugs away - so you are ready to go - just get your groceries and flip flops! Rental includes weight distribution hitch assembly, sway control, and an electronic brake system (works with an app (EchoSmartController) on your phone with a 5 pin connector plug between your truck and the rig to activate the electric trailer brakes), twin axles, 682 lb hitch weight, 5,854 lbs dry wt, 31.5ft long, 13,500 BTU AC system, propane heat, and available bike rack in the class 3 hitch. Tanks: 38 gallons freshwater, 2x30 gallon each gray water tanks from sink/shower, 6 gal hot water, 40lbs propane, 30 gal black. The furnace and hot water heater use propane gas. Absolutely No Smoking or vaping is allowed inside the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be retained to have the RV professionally cleaned. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. Renter shall no attempt to make repairs. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.Renter is responsbile for any damage to awning due to negligence, always retract the awning at night or when unattended to prevent high winds/storms from damaging it. We love pets and allow pets by approval only; dogs must weigh less than 30 pounds and keep them off the furniture. The RV is equipped with a vaccum and essential cleaning supplies. Renters with pets are required to purchase the additional Damage Protection Plan. THIS RULE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT: Take lots of pictures, listen to your music a little louder than normal, make sure the drinks stay cold, laugh, then laugh some more, and create memories that will last a lifetime!
