Eddie's wife is communicative and helpful, providing detailed instructions. However, Eddie's drop-off is unprofessional, with damage accusations and unexpected fees for mud, a tow ball, and an absent generator.

The RV is very clean and works well, but lacks sufficient leveling blocks and has thin mattresses. An advertised generator was unavailable, and a 2.5-inch tow ball requirement was undisclosed.

3.0The RV itself was great. It was very clean, everything worked as expected, and overall it was a good setup. The only issues with the RV were that there were not enough leveling blocks provided to properly level it, and the mattresses were very thin. Pickup with Eddie’s wife was easy and she was great to work with. Drop-off with Eddie was a completely different experience and honestly very disappointing. Before even taking a real look at the RV, he started assuming there were damages and talking about using Outdoorsy / insurance in a way that felt very scammy and unprofessional. It was a pretty bad ending to what had otherwise been a good trip.

2.0Too many extra fees, charged me $70 just cus we went over a muddy puddle. They had a generator in the description; so I marked generator and they didn’t have one. Still got charged for it. They said they would return that but nothing yet. Nowhere in the description do they say they required a 2.5 size tow ball, I had a 2. So I had to use theirs but they wanted to charge me for it. The trailer is great, and they are very nice people, but with all the nickel and diming going on it feels way overpriced. $750+ for two nights feels silly for this.

5.0Lilliana was a terrific host. She was very communicative and helpful. Her trailer was VERY, VERY clean! She provided detailed instructions on how everything worked and did not leave out any details. Everything was very well organized too. We had a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend using Lilliana's trailer for any upcoming trip!
