As for gear we have chairs, a paddle board, a hammock, and way more. A lot of guest also like to add the fresh water tank fill and easy return package.
We don't want you to pack or plan for items we might already have covered or available to choose from, saving you lots of prep time and money!If you have a 2500 3/4 ton or a 3500 1 ton truck with a gooseneck ball prep, 7 pin receptacle for trailer lights and breaks, we shouldn't have any issues attaching our 5th wheel to your vehicle, just select the proper hitch and ball system under our add-ons section if you don't have a full hitching setup. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any compatibility questions.For everything else we've got you covered! Bedding, toiletries, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels and rags, bathroom towels and wash rags, blankets, pots, pans, kitchenware, seasonings and utensils.
A coffee maker, toaster, blender, and waffle iron will also be available during your stay.Since it is a Toy Hauler we are also including an Air compressor in the utility cubby for your convenience.This model comes equipped with a 25 gallon fuel station that you can use to fuel your toys. Just an FYI the generator also works off the fuel station so plan accordingly if you will be dry camping "No Hookups" and needing to run the generator for power.Our all season 5th wheel is equipped with dual sofas opposite one another there will be plenty of added space to hang out, and it provides extra sleeping for family or friends. They can fold down forming a queen bed. You will love the convenience of the side man door in the cargo and the twin loft bed that overlooks the interior will be a favorite of the kids.
Step inside the unit using the main entry or through the cargo area. The combined living and kitchen space has dual slide outs which provides even more room inside. There is a slide out sofa that is 97" long. It has a window for the perfect view outside, and a dinette table convenient for meal time too. A large entertainment center is nearby and features a LCD Hdtv for your enjoyment with a Bose Sound Bar and Subwoofer to enhance your movie night experience. Pair the sound system with bluetooth and vibe with your favorite artists.The counter peninsula provides plenty of space for food prep and there is even an extension on the end. The double kitchen sink is also located in the counter peninsula with a slide out directly behind it. The slide features a three burner range, pantry and refrigerator, plus microwave oven. There is a second pantry conveniently located off to the side of the slide.Step up to a side aisle bath and front private bedroom. The bath features a toilet, sink and tub/shower with skylight. There is also storage above the toilet, and above the sink too.Continue down the hall to the front bedroom featuring a queen bed, dual nightstands, and overhead storage cabinets. There is a large wardrobe slide out which provides a bit more space to move about, and plenty of storage for all of your clothes. If you are hooked up to sewer during your stay don't leave holding tank valves open. Only open valves when tanks are full then close them. If you just leave the valves open it can allow build up causing the tanks to not properly drain or get backed up resulting in damages and unnecessary fees.
Always drain and rinse the black tank first the close valve and drain both gray tanks. This allows the gray water to rinse out the waste in the sewer hose from the black tank.

5.0Was I just on a luxury glamping vacation? Absolutely! This is a beautiful, well-appointed 5th-wheel trailer with all the amenities you could ask for. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Jason was fantastic to work with from start to finish, and the setup process was incredibly easy and seamless. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend staying here!
Was I just on a luxury glamping vacation? Absolutely! This is a beautiful, well-appointed 5th-wheel trailer with all the amenities you could ask for. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Jason was fantastic to work with from start to finish, and the setup process was incredibly easy and seamless. • Rinse and Drain Black Holding Tank and Drain Both Grey holding tanks
-Here are my Service Fees if you find any of those task inconvenient and would rather pay me to do it:
• Refuel Rear Auxiliary gas tank with Premium 91 Octane: $35 Trip charge and $6.50 per gallon
• Propane: $20 Trip Charge and $6.50 per gallon
• RV Dump: Drain and Rinse Black Holding Tank and Drain Both Gray Holding Tanks: $75 Trip Charge
-Other important things to note:
• Please take off your shoes on carpeted areas
• Carpet Cleaning Service if needed $45 plus $10 per stain

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we are more than happy to get our rig delivered for your adventure. We are more than happy to coordinate the process and make things as simple as possible. Delivery will include fully setting up our rig so when you arrive everything will be ready to go. Here are some of the pros that come with our delivery service. Unit Level, Tires Chalked, Slides fully extended, hot water heater turned on. City water, power, and sewer hooked up, refrigerator turned on, Climate Control Set
