Our trailer should provide you a comfortable home away from home feeling. Not only has the trailer been used for camping, but it has been used by us or our friends to provide accommodations for extended family to stay when visiting for holidays or other events. The master bed has a new memory foam mattress with a 3 in gel topper as well. The mattress is very comfortable and should provide you a great night sleep. The trailer also provides two spacious bunks. Both bunks are weight rated at 600lbs!!The trailer provides for a very comfortable place for family and friends alike or for a couple that might just want a spacious home away from home. One of the main reasons we purchased the trailer in addition to the space and comfortability is the Full-Size shower. The shower is as big as my shower at home.Also, although we say no delivery, please reach out to us with location and dates and we may be available to deliver. We do work full time hours so delivery and pick up are not always feasible, but we will do our best to work with you. Please Note: Many campsites such as Southern California State Beaches, do not allow for deliver by private owners so you will also need to know that ahead of time.The trailer includes all the desired amenities, fridge, stove, microwave, AC, furnace, water heater, and TV/DVD. This trailer makes you feel at home and provides you a comfortable place to relax on any camping trip.Please let us know if you have any questions, we will be glad to answer all inquiries! 1 - Dining table that can convert into a small double bed. Will easily accommodate two small children/small adults.
1 – Sofa Bed. The sofa pulls out like a traditional sofa sleeper therefore it will easily fit two adults.
Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet and full-size shower roomAdditional Items/Add-On’s:2 camping chairs
1 large outdoor mat
BBQ and BBQ utensils (a propane tank will be required to operate)
-We can provide a full propane tank for $30
We can provide a cooler for $10
We can provide a table for $10

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils as well as and various food prep items such as (knives, spatula, cooking spoons, etc.). We provide a single cup Keurig as well as a traditional 12 cup coffee maker, a toaster, and a coffee percolator. We will also provide basic supplies such as dish soap, dish wand, Windex, paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap.RaccomandazioniWe are in sunny Southern California located centrally between beaches and mountains with plenty of campgrounds and events within traveling distance. Our family has spent a ton of time staying at various state beaches in Southern California. The beach is one of our favorite places to be. We have taken it up north to Pismo Beach, Big Sur, Lake Tahoe as well as many trips to Lake Havasu and Blythe. We have used it to attend Stagecoach in Indio, CA which is a huge country music festival. We have spent time camping in Zions National Park in Utah. This trailer is the perfect size, it fits almost anywhere providing you a place for up to 10 people to sleep and enjoy your next vacation. We continue to have a passion for camping and enjoying not only the outdoors but being able to do it with our second home. We want to be able to share that with others who may not want to or cannot own their own trailer but also share our passion.

We know that it’s not ‘yours’ but we ask that you treat it as if it was so that we can share with as many others as possible. One other important note: There is NO SMOKING in our trailer, or you will forfeit the entire security deposit.

My husband and I have been RV owners for 15 years now. This is our first brand new trailer. We have loved it so much we upgraded ourselves and thought what a great opportunity to share the outdoors with others who may not want or have ability to own their own trailer. We have two children and three dogs. We have spent a lot of great quality time with our family in this trailer, memories we will cherish for a lifetime.
