Hello, Book your next trip in our beautiful 2020 Genesis supreme fifth wheel toy hauler. I will deliver it (and pick up) up to 120 miles from riverside. Cosa è inclusoThis trailer will come with the following items
Kitchen •cooking utensils, paper towels, paper plate, plastic utensils. Coffee will be in the trailer with a coffee pot.Bathroom• Will include toilet paper, bath towels, and hand soap. You will need to bring your own toiletries.Sleeps• 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom provides a king bed. The living room provides 1 electric queen bed and 1 Bunk Dinette Conversion. The sofa couch turns into a single bed.2 - AC units & Heater. If using the generator for dry camping we allow 4 hour daily use after that we charge extra.• Bluetooth Sound System with interior/exterior speakers.• TV’s There are 4 TV’s. 2 TV’s in the living room, 1 TV outside and 1 in the master bedroom. The TV’s in the living room and outside has DVD connectionsOUTDOOR
• Coleman 2 Burner Propane Stove Top• Outdoor Rug• 4 Camping Chairs• Foldable Table• Washer board game• JENGA Game- WiFi is NOT included (use mobile hotspot or some campgrounds have wifi for an added fee) some campgrounds has cable hookups.RaccomandazioniThese are some of our favorite campgrounds: Vail Lake KOA, Pechanga RV Resort, Lake Elsinore Launch Point, Yucaipa Regional Park, Rancho Jurupa Regional Park, San Diego Mission Bay or Campland, and San Diego KOA Resort. We do charge a extra fee for dogs. 75.00 fee.•Dogs are allowed but must be supervised at all times•Dogs are not allowed to be on top of upholstered materials such as mattresses, chairs, sofas, furniture and cushions•If there is any damage, your security deposit will not be refundedOther Things To Consider
• If your campsite does not have hookups (desert or campsites without water/sewer hookups) please select dry camping add on to ensure you have a full fresh tank of water and dumping of the tanks• Absolutely NO Climbing UP Exterior Ladder OR Going Onto Roof!!• This trailer has a slide out so it cannot stay at campsites that don’t allow slide outs.•If any tanks are clogged, a tank fee will be charged•We expect to have the trailer returned in the same state you received it. If returned in an unmannered state, a cleaning fee will be chargedDelivery Package (Required unless driver and tow vehicle are approved by owner):
Delivery is available for an extra fee. Fee varies depending on the location and mileage. There is a $200.00minimum for this service.• Smoking is PROHIBITED in the rental. If any smoking is noted, your security deposit will not be refunded
