This is a very well kept 2022 toy hauler travel trailer with all the amenities you'd find at home. It has two private queen beds. One is in the front bedroom, the other is in a loft above the dining area. The third bed is a twin pullout under the loft. The trailer has central heating and air conditioning, a full bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, and a refrigerator and freezer. Being a toy hauler, you can open up the trailer with the tail gate, which also acts as a patio. It has two batteries, two large propane tanks, solar, and a generator. Ready for full hookups or boondocking.Your half ton truck will struggle to pull this toy hauler, I highly recommend a 3/4 ton truck or better.Linens can be removed upon request if you wish to use your own. They are washed every outing.The only linens provided are for the front bedroom, the rear queen loft bed size is "RV Queen", a standard queen set will get you by just fine as well. Hi, we're Eli and Courtland. We both grew up on the California Delta doing both camping and boating activities since before we could walk. Camping close to waterways is our favorite way to do a weekend getaway as it allows us to do both of the things we truly enjoy. We both work full time as a teacher, and a mechanic. When we're not at work, you can usually find us out on the river, or at a local lake. Currently, we reside in Rio Vista, California, and want to share our toy hauler travel trailer with those looking to rent, rather than buy.
