Dinette area seats 2. Can be converted to a sleeping area for a young child.
Sleeping area is 2 twin-sized areas — 1 is a mattress, the other is couch cushions.
Bathroom has compost toilet. Owner would prefer that it not be used for solid waste. If you do have solid waste, renter is responsible for complete solid waste dumping and cleaning (urine dumping and cleaning is, of course, also expected and much easier.)
