2 outside quick connects for outdoor propane grilling (you have to provide your own grill and be responsible for propane use and refill,) easy-access propane tanks, Satellite TV hookup, AC, Heater, Truma hot water heater, boosters for better WiFi and cell service, microwave and convection oven, refrigerator, kitchen sink, 2-burner stove.
Double-hulled Fiberglass egg-shaped insulated construction keeps interior cooler in the summer and warmer in winter.
Dinette area seats 2. Can be converted to a sleeping area for a young child.
Sleeping area is 2 twin-sized areas — 1 is a mattress, the other is couch cushions.
Bathroom has compost toilet. Owner would prefer that it not be used for solid waste. If you do have solid waste, renter is responsible for complete solid waste dumping and cleaning (urine dumping and cleaning is, of course, also expected and much easier.)
