This spacious 38 foot camper is great for every season of the year. It sleeps up to 10 guest and has 1 bathroom. The master room has a queen sized bed with closets on each side of the bed. There is also storage above and below the master bed. The bunk house has 2 twin sized beds and a couch the converts into a bed as well. The bunk house also has plenty of closet space and room to move around. The best thing about this room is that it has a door! If you are parents with young children like us, you’ll find that you’ll appreciate this feature. Toys and mess are out of sight! There is a color changing fire place located in the main living area. The kitchen area is open and comes with a fairly large fridge. The pantry is plenty big enough to stock up for all of your meals. The dinette is large enough to seat 4-6 people. The dinette can be converted into a sleeping area as well. Don’t feel like cooking indoors and heating the space up? This camper has an outdoor kitchen. This is one of our favorite features. The outdoor kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, microwave, sink, and cooktop.Cosa è inclusoFresh linens, camping chairs, cook wear, plates, bowels, cups, silverware, 2 burner camp chef, corn hole boards (upon request), coffee maker, TV’s in living area and bunk room.Altre cose di cui prendere notaAbsolutely no pets allowed. No smoking in the camper. If you do smoke outside please make sure that the doors and windows are closed. Please make sure that all the dishes are washed and placed back in the cabinets. If the shower is used please use one of the towels provided to wipe it dry after the last use. Broom, vacuum, and swifter are located in the camper for use. We take pride in keeping our camper clean and sanitized. Help us by keeping it tidy and in good shape.
