Tim was excellent communicating with us during our months of planning and was available for support if needed during our trip, too. "Steady Betty" was the perfect rig for our vacation and everything worked out great. Clean, SO comfy, well-appointed, easy to handle and reasonable MPG. We are already talking about our next trip and would definitely rent this RV again. Thanks for everything, Tim!
