Travel trailer with Island Kitchen and separate bunk room sleeping area. U shaped dinette area. Plenty of storage. Plenty of space for a fun group to hit the road and enjoy their travels! There is a TV in the living area with a cable hook up for your iPhone for screen sharing.There is an outdoor shower area if you need to rinse off before going inside!There is a fresh water tank that will hold up to 51 gallons if needed.Pick-up and Drop-off times are flexible and we are more than happy to work with you to accommodate your needs. Please submit a request if you would like different times or have any questions. We look forward to creating a personalized experience for you.Amenities included in rental price:

*Please return the Travel Trailer in the same condition it was picked up in.
-Disclosure: The trailer is expected to be returned cleaned and ready for the next renter, aside from linens. A $25 cleaning fee is included in your final rental agreement for light cleaning that needs to be done after transport as dust and dirt can sometimes rattle around during transportation of trailer. You are still expected to clean all dishes, dispose of trash, vacuum, wipe counter tops down, clean toilet, and wipe down shower, etc. If this is not done and trailer is not returned in a clean condition, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.

*Dump black tank first, then dump gray tank to flush hose. Do NOT leave gray and black tanks open continuously. This will cause build up of waste that is unable to be flushed out and will result in a claim to replace waste tank with the financial responsibility falling to the renter. Only open them when you are ready to dump. Failure to dump tanks will result in additional dumping fee.Vehicle requirements:
3/4 ton truck suggested for towing
Your vehicle will need a round 7 way pin connection for trailer lights hook up (brake/signal)
2 & 5/16" size ball (If you do not have one, you may rent ours for an additional fee)

We have one daughter and two furry four legged children. We purchased our trailer for my husband job, but when he stopped traveling so much we decided to rent it out instead of having it sit in storage. So far it has been a really great experience with wonderful renters!
