In the outside you will enjoy the convenience of an exterior kitchen which is great for outdooring dining, plus the added exterior TV so you can relax after your meal and take in as much of the outdoor as possible while you are away from home. Watch your favorite movie, ballgame, or television show out under the star plus much more.It accommodates 6 people: King size bed, sofa that turns into a full size bed (big enough for 2 people) and dining table turns into a twin bed that fits 2 small kids).Please Note:
Pick up time is 7pm as well as drop off time. However, pick up time can be done the night before at no additional charge. If different pick up/drop off time request needed is available upon request but no later than 7pm. If return is done after 7pm there will be an additional day charged to your account. Outdoor table.RV is to be returned clean and same condition as when it was picked up. Interior cleaning include dishes washed and put away, countertops, stove top, microwave and refrigerator cleaned. Make sure refrigerator items are taking out and cleaned inside. Shower and bathroom sink needs to be cleaned. Mirrors need to be clean as well. No smears or there would be a charge. Windshield on the inside need to be clean and windows too.
Any other item not mentioned above needs to be clean also. If left unclean then there will be a cleaning service fee if $250
Note: We spend 2-3 hours doing a thorough cleaning of the RV for when renters pick up so they get to enjoy a nice clean RV. The same amount of time is expected from renter on they return back.If any sign of pet or smoking inside RV there will be an additional $100 charge on top of the $250 for professional cleaningBlack water and Gray water needs to be thoroughly drained before returning the RV. Please take proper care and precautions while handling the draining process. If fail to drain the black water and gray water there will be a $175 service fee.
