Ying Ki (and family) are noted for being friendly, helpful, and humorous. They respond quickly to texts/questions, offer flexibility with pick-up/drop-off, and provide clear equipment demonstrations.
Comfortable, fuel-efficient, easy drive
The smaller Caravan Adventurer is comfortable to drive, fuel-efficient, and has a quick, easy-to-use roof tent and kitchen/bed setup. It's clean, functional, well-fitted, and includes essentials, though basic kitchenware is being improved.

5.0We had a great trip w/ Kenneth's campervan. The Vanpacker kitchen/bed/storage set up was easy to use. Being able to drive a smaller van through BC made the driving easier, was fuel efficient and enabled entry to beautiful campsites. Kenneth was helpful and responded quickly to texts - though we did not have any significant issues during our trip.

5.0We booked this van for a Road Trip trough Canadian National Park and it was perfect ! Everything you need is in this van, people in camping were watching us setting up our camp in 5min. Ying and his son are really nice and easy to join. I can only recommend !

5.0Have no hesitation in booking this van, it is an excellent set-up, the roof tent is really easy to use (and comfortable!) and even has decent fuel economy. The fridge works great. I would book it again! We got several jealous looks as we set up camp within 2 minutes of arrival, and in the morning when packed up and drove off in less than 3! We also received compliments from passers by on how well fitted out it was, when they spotted us brewing some tea in the back. It was beautifully clean and had all the essentials we needed during our trip. Pick up and drop off was easy and only 21CAD in an Uber from the airport. The host is very friendly and contactable if needed. Rental included 200km daily (not miles), which was plenty.
