Responsive, supportive, and guiding hosts
Lei and Carol are consistently praised for their excellent communication, quick responses, and patient, detailed guidance, particularly for first-time RV renters. They are described as kind, accommodating, and supportive with smooth pick-up/drop-off. One negative review accuses them of deceit and blaming for damages.
Comfortable and reliable driving
The RV offers a comfortable and reliable ride, praised for being clean, spacious, and well-stocked with essentials like kitchenware. While guests generally find it in good condition despite its age, common issues noted include a non-functional A/C, difficult locks/side door, and minor waste tank leaks.

5.0Carol and Leo were absolutely wonderful hosts! Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, addressed any concerns we had, and were incredibly kind and accommodating. The RV was fantastic! Clean, well-maintained, and even more spacious than we had expected. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for our trip. Overall, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to rent from Carol and Leo again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great RV rental experience!

5.0The RV did function very well without any problems. The host Lei and Carol were so nice and helpful. It was our first time to travel in RV so the host answered many questions patiently.

1.0Deceiving couples, and they will blame you with damages :) Good thing I have all videos that will prove their cunningness. Don't do business with these lying hosts :)

5.0They were very patient and supportive with me and my family. Especially because it was our first time driving an RV and camping. The experience was great and the RV worked pretty well with us. I would recommend them for sure.
