Guests experienced both prompt explanations and days of unresponsiveness, sometimes needing company intervention. Host delivered and set up the RV, but instances of unprovided keys or undisclosed damages were noted.

Most guests found the RV clean, maintained, and well-outfitted. However, one guest experienced a broken awning, non-functional fridge/freezer, unfilled tanks, and lack of basic amenities like blankets.

1.0First, horrible communication. Didn’t respond but one time. I didn’t even know when the RV was going to be delivered. Rented two campers that weekend and everything was perfect with the other host Second, I was told by the people staying in that camper there were no keys and they were not handed to me. Third, he said all the tanks were not full and that he didn’t have time to let me know that “someone” the rental before broke the awning, so we couldn’t even use it. The freezer was not working right so we were told not to change the temp so we didn’t but had to fix his fridge because all the food was lukewarm the next morning as it was not working. Lastly, there was nothing in that camper but pillows. No blankets, towels, etc. thankfully we had the other camper as it was stocked with EVERYTHING… We had a feeling this would be the outcome. Keeping some of our deposit. However feel with all the items missing and not working we should have gotten a discount for the amount we paid for this unit. We have rented many times in the past and this is the first time we have had issues. Would not recommend. Disappointed to say the least.
