Perfect small camper for couple or small family. One slide-out which gives it plenty of room and large bathroom in back of camper. Main bed is a Queen short. Dinette folds into a Twin Long bed. Fully stocked with towels, sheets, pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Fully self-contained unit so it can be used for dry camping.
**Pet friendly** Pets must be well behaved if left unattended inside the unit. Any Damage will be held from the security deposit. I also ask you keep pets off the dinette/bed. The additional cleaning fee will be charged if hair must be vacuumed out of the unit.
Additional Add-On:
- 2 Kayaks with life-jackets
- 6 person tent
- Outdoor chairs & Folding wagon
- 2 burner outdoor propane grill
- Satellite Dish with basic channels (or you can use your own Dish/DirecTv receiver)

We are close to Sam Houston State Park, Livingston State Park. We really enjoyed staying at Northshore RV Resort on Lake Livingston which was close by. We are about 55 miles from Lake Somerville State Park. On the San Marcos River, we recommend Leisure Resort (Fentress TX) or Pecan Park Riverside RV Park (San Marcos, TX). Our favorite location so far has been Inks Lake State Park (close to Marble Falls) - we had a site on the water in the cover so we were able to leave the kayaks and jet skis tied out in the water overnight. Light-weight, easy to pull camper but I do require at least a half ton truck or full sized SUV. The tow hitch does have weight distribution bars.
