5The AC unit failed on the day of drop off. James went above and beyond to accommodate for the inconveniences. That was only mechanical issue. AC fan blade randomly broke.

5I reserved a camper not knowing what to expect, for the first time renting. James was amazing and very knowledgeable. James was on time to drop the camper off to James to pick up the camper. James was available for questions if i needed. I would most definitely do this again. I would highly recommend James to friends. My son and I had a blast. Thank you James
