Responsive, accommodating, detailed orientation
Michael is highly responsive and accommodating, often spending an hour orienting renters to the RV, including a test drive, and answering all questions. One booking was auto-canceled 5 days before departure.
Drives easy, well-equipped, spacious
It drove easily, had simple setup, and everything worked perfectly. It was very clean, well-stocked with a fully loaded kitchen, and offered plenty of room for 5 people, exactly as advertised.

5.0The RV was GREAT! Very clean and well stocked and equipped. Just perfect for our trip. The host, Michael was very nice and accommodating to our schedule of pick-up and return times. He always returned texts and calls quickly. If ever we need an RV in MO again . . . we're renting from Michael!!!

5.0Michael was a great host. This being our first time renting an RV with Outdoorsy, Michael was very accommodating with our questions and helped us through the process (which turned out to be super easy). The RV was as advertised and had everything we needed. We honestly could have brought less stuff. This was our first official family vacation with our little boys and we will remember it for a lifetime. We are looking forward to another future trip and highly recommend using Michael's rig for a vacation!

5.0This was our first time in taking an RV trip on our own, and it was an excellent experience. We went to a beautiful camp on the North Fork River in Southern Missouri. It was a beautiful place. It rained the first night very hard, but the sound on the roof of the RV put us right to sleep. By the second day, the river was down enough to float it. Super week-end. There was a little confusion in the beginning about the driver verification process, but a representative worked it out with us. The owner is a super person to work with. He spent at least an hour in orienting us to the vehicle, and took us on a test drive. Great person to deal with.
