We are so excited to share our brand new camper with you. This is our first season renting out our travel trailer and we can't wait to hear the memories you make with your family on the road. This camper is brand new and stocked with all new items from bumper to hitch!The Catalina is a small travel trailer with a big personality! Our trailer is brand new (purchased in 2023) and ready to hit the road with your family. This light-weight model makes it easy to tow and has a slide out to create additional space at your destination. Measuring from bumper to hitch at 23'1" and about 4200 lbs. dry weight, making it easy to tow with a SUV or any pick up truck.The inside sleeps 8 and is complete with oversized 3/4 bunk beds, a queen murphy bed that turns into a sofa to maximize space and add seating. The interior is equipped with a large 10 cu. ft. refrigerator, private bath, kitchen, U-shaped dinette, and upgraded AC unit to keep you cool during the summer. The RV is fully stocked with basic needs like linen, bath towels, kitchen needs and cleaning supplies. Please reach out for the full list of what's stocked in our camper. The outdoors boasts upgraded JBL bluetooth speakers, outdoor kitchen, water source, multicolor LED lights, and 13 foot power awning.Hit the road ready to go with our integrated solar battery charger or chose to upgrade to our generator for an additional fee. We also have a variety of activity items availble to rent for future memory making.A brief orientation and pre-camping checklist will be completed at time of rental as well as a signed contract. If there is anything you think you may need in addition to what we provide, feel free to ask and we will do our best to accommodate.Delivery/pick up and set up is available.

We then fully ventilate for 24hrs, wash all linen in high temperatures, and disinfect all surfaces after drop off to ensure the RV is ready for the next family to enjoy.Trash - All trash is required to be removed by renters prior to drop off.Waste Tanks - both black and grey tanks are required to be emptied and flushed prior to drop off unless previously requested to be completed by the owners with a dump fee.No Smoking - We have a strict no smoking policy and all smoking of any kind, including vaping and marijuana is not allowed in the camper.Pets - No pets allowed at any time inside the camper.

We are here to work with you. Please let us know in your initial booking request the best time and way to get the RV to you. We do offer delivery and pick up to you or your destination. We also can arrange pick up and drop off times based on your travel needs.
