Headed to Burning Man? This 2021 Heartland RV Pioneer Travel Trailer is a spacious, playa-capable bunkhouse designed for comfort, structure, and smart dry camping in the Black Rock Desert.
This is not a standard camping rental — it’s prepared with the realities of playa dust, water management, and off-grid living in mind.
Built for the Playa
Burning Man demands more than a typical camping trip. This Pioneer offers:
41-gallon fresh water tank
40-gallon grey capacity
40-gallon black tank
30-amp electrical service
Dual 30 lb LP tanks
13,500 BTU A/C (generator required for operation)
Pair it with a properly sized generator (available as an add-on) for extended dry camping.
Important: This unit is towable by a properly equipped ½-ton truck (F-150 / 1500 class) with appropriate payload capacity and brake controller. We’ll confirm compatibility prior to approval.
