This is a clean lightweight trailer. This trailer weighs in at 2,620 lbs empty (weight includes battery and full propane tank, but empty water tanks). Hitch weight is 340 lbs, the Gvwr is 3,800 lbs. This unit has everything you need, kitchen with sink, 2 burner stove-top, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom with standing shower and small bathtub. Bedroom with queen-size bed, dining area, 13,500 BTU AC that blows cold, heater, stereo, inside and outside speakers, led lights and many more amenities. Trailer is ideal for two adults, could also accommodate one or two small children. We keep the trailer in great condition as we use it as well. The trailer has a single battery and single propane tank.
