• Late returns delay our professional cleaning crews and will be billed at $150.00 per hour unless arrangements are made in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
• The RV must be completely cleared of all garbage bags, loose trash, leftover food, and personal camping gear prior to return. Left-behind trash will be billed at $50.00 per garbage bag.
• Trailer must be returned with empty black and gray tanks. A fee of 300$ will be deducted from your security deposit.

• Towing is prohibited. Hitch lock will be inplace, fee of $500 if lock seems to be cut or replaced.
