5.0Robert is exactly the host you want when renting directly. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, kind and patient. The RV is not just a stock one, it’s been lovingly customized to make it an even better experience. Rather than being upsold on bed linen etc. the opposite is true, many thoughtful things are just included as standard (great cooking pans!). Robert was very accommodating for the pick up and hand off and gave us a lot of great information.
