Family friendly. It has backup & 2 side view cameras that will give you peace of mind while driving, enjoy outdoor TV while staying at the camp, outdoor showers make messy things easy to manage, rear stabilizer jacks are button control. It has a restroom & a sink in a separate room. It includes everything you will need for your next adventure. Whatever trip is on your mind, you will be able to enjoy it with this rig.Outlines:

Rules and Responsibilities:
- If you end up driving through the toll. The cost deducted from your security deposit.
- $150 service fee to prepare the RV for renters.
- The rental should be returned near the same condition that it was picked up.
- $150 cleaning fee. Only If excessive cleaning is required after the trip return, fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
- Renter is responsible for refilling the gas, propane and water. There is a $50 fee surcharge to refill the tanks. Plus, current gas and propane rate.
- Renter is responsible for dumping waste water (gray/black) prior to return. There is a $150 surcharge if you wish the owner to take care of it.
