What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are super flexible with pick-up/drop-off times. Just let us know what suits you and we will accommodate as best we can. We also deliver anywhere along the Bay Area Peninsula for a flat fee of $50 (as long as you're within 10 miles of a Caltrain station).

Where should I camp?
A.
Our team has travelled all over the North American continent and we've mostly camped for free the entire time! Not only do we have an amazing database of campsites we can share with you, we also have some great adventure/sight-seeing tips for most regions throughout the US.

How does insurance work?
A.
If you have your own auto liability policy (very likely if you drive a car in the US), that is all you need to rent with us. That means no daily insurance costs! We encourage you to double-check with your insurance provider that your coverage extends to rental vehicles. Don't have your own policy? We have a solution for that too, get in touch and we can walk you through the process.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?
A.
Nope! Ramsie comes fully equipped with a comfy queen-sized bed with all your sheets, pillows (4) and a fluffy feather-down comforter to keep you cozy. Sleep tight!
