Qi provides excellent communication, assistance through booking, drop-off, and return, and is understanding of renter circumstances. Guests appreciate the easy pick-up/drop-off process.

5.0This was my first time renting a trailer and I couldn’t have had a better experience!! Qi was extremely communicative and helpful through out the booking, drop off, and return process! He was also extremely understanding of a few circumstances regarding my 6 yr old and the trailer, which I am so very thankful for. I would most definitely rent from him again and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an easy to tow comfortable sleeping trailer that has all the basic amenities you will need.
