Clean, comfy, newer Class C RV with low miles, outfitted and ready for your NorCal (and beyond!) adventures! Unique unlimited mileage allowance for your trip lets you travel further and more economically! Sleeps 8 adults comfortably, up to 12 with children. The RV includes a Queen size master bedroom with a closet, several drawers and a great deal of cabinet space. Bunk beds across from the bathroom in the hallway, a queen size bunk over the front cab, a table bed and pull out sofa. Both the table and bed will accommodate 2 children or one adult comfortably. Room for the whole crew!Amenities include full bedding for both queen beds and two bunk beds with extra pillows and blankets for the table and couch, towels for 10. The kitchen includes plates/bowls/silverware/glassware, Keurig coffee maker (bring your favorite pods!), microwave, propane stove and refrigerator. There are several utensils, pots, pans, Crock Pot and George Foreman grill to accommodate an extended stay.There is one small TV in the master bedroom, that runs on DVD players only, or bring your video gaming system to plug in! The RV has a Bluetooth surround sound system that will play inside & outside of the R.V. & a GPS navigation system to help find your way, along with a back-up camera.The RV is equipped with many everyday camping items including lawn chairs that are stored in the outside storage of the RV for customer's use. There is often cardboard stored to assist in starting campfires. Multiple flashlights, lighters and games can be found in the cupboards, along with bug spray and first aid items for peace of mind and convenience. A bike rack for up to four bikes is also attached!Please plan to pick up and return with a full tank of gas and propane, and a dumped grey/black water tank. Treat our home on wheels just as conscientiously as you would your own (or at least as well as our 5 crazy kids=) There will be an extra cleaning fee for an excessively dirty return or unattended tank. Cosa è inclusoWinter Season Updates- please read if booking between Oct. 1 - March 1. We are happy to offer winter camping for the first time BUT with restrictions. This unit is not designed or is it safe to operate in very cold conditions or to drive in snow. There are no snow chains, and the minimum temperature for the water tanks to safely operate is 25 degrees F. We will need to approve all travel/destinations for this time period based on winter conditions, no exceptions will be made, for your safety. Thanks and happy camping!!Covid-19 updates: Your health and safety on the road is important to us! We have always maintained a high standard of cleanliness, but we’re upping our game sanitizing surfaces and washing bedding/towels in extra hot water between all bookings. Our cancellation policies remain flexible to accommodate changing plans. Come escape quarantine and travel while socially distancing! RV’s are an ideal way to travel during these challenging times.We do ask for NO PETS. We have had damage to the R.V. with previous pets so this is without exception. My husband and I are adventurers at heart who still want some comfy amenities when we travel- helloooo good coffee, comfy beds and internet! ;) We have 5 kids from 2-13 years old and have enjoyed amazing road trips while homeschooling our brood. A change of seasons is bringing us to a new rhythm of life/school/travel in NorCal! When we're not using this comfy/large/awesome RV ourselves we are excited to host other families looking to enjoy adventures with their loved ones and make epic memories in the Pacific Northwest, Cali and beyond! We take a lot of pride in the upkeep of our RV and trust renters will too...whats ours is yours, treat it like its yours (or at least as well as our kids do haha). We're looking forward to hosting your crew in our home on wheels!
