Tina canceled our vacation rental 3 days before our trip was to begin citing a mechanical issue she could not get fixed. Tina shared with me that the RV was due for service. This listing should never have been available if the vehicle was due for service. Now both Tina and outdoorsy are trying to sell me on taking a credit for future use. As if normal people can sit on 3 grand worth of vacation money until next summer. She also suggests we look for another RV - in 2 days - sure. Not just a huge disappointment but also losing easily $500-1000 in non-refundable campsite fees and amusement park fees already paid for - and supplies. Would you believe the same RV is now immediately available again for someone else to book on Outdoorsy ?!?! So either someone else offered more money or she doesn’t have the common courtesy to black our the dates until it is fixed. This was our first experience with Outdorsy. Awful.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Harry. We couldn’t have picked a better weekend- it was gorgeous. We made really good use of the outdoor kitchen, grill and TV. My husband loved that as well as the Rapid Remote Camp feature. Driving this RV and setting it up was really a cinch. We are first time RVers and we will be back for more. Thank you Tina and Marko for making our trip so special- you really think of everything. We will be back in the summer for sure.

The owners Marko and Tina were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us tons of tips and suggestions to maximise our camping experience. Harry was immaculate inside and out. There were 6 TVs in this RV and we used every single one of them! My teens loved the bunks which came with a TV and DVD player each- there were no arguments to be heard. During the drive we converted the bunks into a sofa to watch the dedicated big screen TV and DVD for their bunk area. I enjoyed the outdoor kitchen the most. What a treat- the fridge held our drinks and grill foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Awesome. it only took 1 minute to get the grill out on the stand and plugged into the main gas line My husband’s favorite feature by far was the Rapid Camp Remote Control- he actually sat on the sofa and within 5 minutes- the jacks were down, the slide out and awning were out- all with the press of a button. It could not have been easier. We were grateful for that feature as we had never RVed before. This was our first experience and it will not be the last. We are already planning our summer vacation in Harry with Marko and Tina’s help. Thanks you guys for everything.
