This well maintained travel trailer is ready for your journey. The rooftop skylights shed plenty of natural light which make staying in this trailer a pleasant experience. It's well insulated and is cozy for these cool fall camping nights. As a bonus I will include the use of the integrated inverter backup system which can power the rv for days with the fridge in propane only mode. It automatically charges when connected to shore power.It features a premium Full sized bed w/memory foam support, two twin bunk sleepers and a convertible dining table allowing up to 5-6 to sleep.An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and exhaust fan ensures you don't have to compromise on privacy. A propane fueled hot water heater and gas furnace allows you to take showers and stay warm at your site without electricity. Also features a powerful rooftop AC unit along with a battery backup capable of running it for a limited time.Full fridge with separate compartments (fridge and freezer) that runs on propane or electric. A full fridge isn't always common on a trailer in this lightweight class.The low hitch weight of this trailer makes it very appealing to tow for smaller vehicles or if you are concerned with safety, it's one of the lightest bunk bed trailers on the market.Comes outfitted with two 20lb exchangeable propane tanks for added convenience allowing you to keep everything running smoothly.Hitch ball size for this travel trailer is 2 5/8", to ride level with the road the bottom of the ball should be around 18" off of the ground.Cosa è incluso• Water filter and basic water hookup hoses/fittings/filter

The owner is very understanding and informative. The camper had no problems and was great there was even extra amenities that are not topically included I a rental.

Q.Does the fridge operate on gas or electric?
A.
Yes, the fridge is able to run on both propane or electric. In auto mode it will use electric when available. When there is no power it will automatically switch to gas. In Gas only mode it will run on gas only no matter if electricity is available or not.
Q.What can the Battery Backup system power and how long?
A.
The Battery Backup system can run the microwave, rooftop AC, fans and fridge all at once, but only for a limited time.
Short answer, it varies, if running just the rooftop AC unit, you can expect 3-4 hours in hot and humid weather.
If you are boondocking without air conditioning it can last days depending on the usage.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There is flexibility with the pickup time as long as I'm able to flex my schedule and is planned in advance. Never hurts to ask...
