Responsive and communicative host
Matt consistently answers questions promptly, communicates clearly, and provides helpful support before and during trips. Guests appreciated his responsiveness and proactive explanations for cancellations.
Drives well, easy to maneuver
The RV drives well for its size, maneuvers easily, and fits in regular parking spots. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed with kitchen essentials and quality bedding. Excellent battery life for off-grid stays. Note: water gauges were faulty.

5.0My wife and I did a fall foliage trip in this RV and had a great time. We picked up in Boston, traveled through Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont and returned in Boston. It’s a great setup for a couple. Overall this is a very comfortable and enjoyable RV. It drives very well, particularly considering it’s length. The RV is well appointed with nice kitchen essentials, and the towels and bedding provided are of high quality as advertised. The bed is super comfy! We stayed “off grid” every night and the battery life is excellent and the generator is there when you need it. The fridge stays much colder than other RVs we have rented so that was a nice surprise. Matt was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. There were some maintenance issues that need attention but Matt is aware of them and plans to get them addressed. The only concerning issue was that the fresh water and grey/black water gauges were not working and that added some stress. Hopefully that can be fixed.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I can usually be very flexible about meeting times for pick up/drop off. I like to make sure we have plenty of time to go over all the features of the Airstream so you can leave confident!
