This is our brand new Stryker, full of entertainment. How many toy haulers do you see with a front porch with a built in tv? It has a separate garage, and the coach sleeps 6 or more. This unit has 2 A/C units for the Arizona sun, and has a 2nd door straight into the garage for when you are done shredding the dunes or the motocross track, preventing dirt tracked into the main cabin. In the bathroom you will find a full size residential size toilet. The 5 comfy recliners will leave you no choice but to relax. There are 4 tv's, 3 DVD players, and a variety of board games and DVDs for you and your family to enjoy. This unit comes with a 10 gallon hot water heater, and 30 gallons of fuel for all your toys. This unit is equipped with a full set of kitchen items including a blender, coffee pot, dishes, steak knives, various cooking and eating utensils, containers, and products for easy storage and clean up. Outdoor table, chairs, a Coleman Roadtrip 285 propane grill with camp propane bottles will be provided per request at no charge! Linens for the 3 beds, and bath towels will be provided. The coach will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental. We clean and sanitize the tanks after each use. The fuel tank, and propane will be full at pick up and must be returned full. The water tank will be filled per request at no charge and can be returned empty. This is a brand new unit, please treat it as such and with respect. Thank you.Altre cose di cui prendere notaThe following are fees if rules are not followed:Cleaning $100.00, if unit is returned dirty.
Waste tank dump. $75.00, if tanks are not dumped when returned.
Late fee. $50.00 for first 2 hours, then $30 an hour after that.
Fuel $4.00 a gallon if not returned full
Propane $5.00 a gallon if not returned full
No Smoking in the trailer. Smoking in the unit will forfeit deposit.
Pet cleaning $250.00. Due to people having allergies we can not allow pets.
