No need to fly when you can rent out this hotel on wheels. Brand new Class C with all the bells and whistles. A/C, awning, smooth J-ride, auto stabilizers, generator, outdoor shower hose, cable tv hookup, tv and DVD player, solar panel, and much more. Able to sleep up to 8 comfortably. Cosa è inclusoWe can supply camping chairs and fresh linens if you wish. Times are weird right now so if you prefer to bring your own let us know. We also have a coffee maker and an instant pot for you to use. As well as all utensils, cups, plates, and storage containers. Pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, everything you’d need to cook a great meal. RaccomandazioniWe’ve taken this out on our first road trip down to California and Nevada. We’d like to try and keep in on state if possible but just let us know your plans and we’ll work it out. Altre cose di cui prendere notaWe will have a walk through with you before you take our RV. I’ll also provide a do and don’t list to help out through your trip. My cell phone will always be on if you have any questions or concerns. Absolutely no smoking please.Dump fees of $150 will be charged if black and grey tanks are not emptied before return.Prep of $100 will be charged to insure we can sanitize it properly. Please return it in the same condition as it was given to you. Extra charges will be added if brought back extremely dirty up to $150.Outside cleaning fee will be charged if not returned the way it was given to you. $100 to clean the exterior.Awning is not fully covered by outdoorsy. Renter is fully responsible for any damages to the awning. Price to be determined.Gas will be returned full or at the level it was at when picked up. An additional $50 will be charged if not, plus whatever charges for the gas. A receipt will be sent to you after filled for proof.These extra fees are only on here because I don’t have the time to do them myself. Just want the RV to be returned the way it was given to you.
