2021 Crossroads Zinger 320FB. It comes equipped with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen bunks in the front bedroom, refrigerator, farm sink, microwave, stove/oven, air conditioning, heat, full bathroom with stand up shower, power retractable awning, outdoor speakers, outdoor "kitchen", 3 tv's, bluetooth sound system and more! We hate seeing it sitting not getting used when we can't and thought it was a cool idea for renting to people who want to camp here and there without owning a camper. We have worked hard to try and outfit this trailer with everything you would need to have a great time camping. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have.Cosa è inclusoOur camper comes with fresh linens and towels, pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware and utensils. Altre cose di cui prendere notaUnit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, and leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood camp fire smoke.
Must return with empty grey water & black water tanks or a $150 fee applies.
Maximum of 1 house trained dog.
Minimum renter age 25.

The unit was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped with anything you might need during the stay. The owners were very thorough explaining everything about the trailer and seemed to really care that we enjoyed our accommodations, which we absolutely did!
