• NO SMOKING / DRUGS – Smoking or drug use is prohibited in the vehicle. Your full security deposit will be held until remediation is completed. Charges include the remediation specialist’s fee plus $100 service fee. Remaining balance will be refunded if no other damages or overages exist. Tickets, Tolls, etc. – You are responsible for all tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds, including notices received after late/admin fees have compounded. Tire Pressure & Damage – Check tire pressure before departure and return; it should be 60 PSI. A tire gauge is provided. Damage is your responsibility. If you suspect negligence, tires must be professionally evaluated; reimbursement depends on the result. Mechanical Issues – For mechanical failures or roadside assistance, call the insurer-provided number and notify the owner immediately. Do not attempt repairs. Out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed if approved by owner and receipts are provided. Keys, Locks & Pins – You will receive keys and hitch lock/pin at pickup. Lost or damaged items will be deducted from your security deposit. Coach Operation – Owner will provide instruction manuals and operational guidance at pickup. Renters are responsible for understanding and following instructions. Improper use of any systems, features, or appliances may result in damage, for which the renter is liable.
