Located in North Texas. Comfortably sleeps 4. Has outdoor kitchen, hot & cold outdoor shower. Stay warm in the cool months with heated queen mattress. Has Murphy bed that can be raised when not is use. Amenities include: inside and outside gas/electric refrigerator, LCD TV and a stereo system with Bluetooth and a DVD player, Wifi booster, inside/outside speakers, rear camera, 17' electric awning, electric tongue jack. We provide: Mattress pad and fitted sheets and bedding for queen bed. The booth breaks down into bed and we provide mattress pad and sheets for that, but no bedding. You will need to bring blankets. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, basic cooking utensils, paper plates, cups, bowls & paper towels, plastic silverware, basic spices, dish towels, basic cleaning supplies, trash can with trash bags. Also included: RV toilet paper, first aid kit, (2) citronella candles, outdoor table cloth, 2 camping chairs, cards/Uno/football/frisbee.You can plug the unit into campground 30 amp electricity or rent our generator to camp off the grid. Hitch weight 684lb, light weight of 5300 lbs. The tow vehicle must have an electronic brake controller and standard 2" square hitch receiver. Hitch, weight distribution system and sway control bar included with rental. The tow vehicle must have liability insurance coverage . At departure, a copy of the tow vehicle's insurance card will be made. The renter name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver.At this time we are flexible with pick up & drop off. We may be able to deliver, set up & take down (if scheduling permits).
