This 18-foot camper van has seatbelts for five and fits in a standard parking space.Fully self-contained, not only with screens, venting, hot water, heat and air conditioning but also with a bathroom, inside shower, kitchen with counters, microwave, inside dining room table (front seats turn 360) and over 7 1/2 feet of headroom.! Joe and Kim truly are 5 star hosts. They provided step by step how-to videos and made themselves available for any questions or problems during the trip. Their RV is a beautiful vehicle and well-maintained. We enjoyed the experience tremendously!

My husband, daughter and I had an excellent experience renting this van to travel up to Maine. This was our first time in a camper van, and we're so glad that this is the one we chose! It was so convenient/low stress to be able to park the van in regular parking spots, and we were all able to sleep very comfortably at night. The van is a bit more noisy in the cab as compared to a regular car, but our family soon adjusted and completed appreciated the clever features of this camper as it became our 'home' for the week.
Joe & Kim were exceptional hosts. Extremely accommodating, friendly & available to answer any and all questions! There was a bit of a quirk with a misbehaving sensor in the van, but Joe was available and we were able to get it resolved. We were also impressed with the questions they asked us after the trip to understand any suggestions we had for it. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous time. The van was very road worthy and comfortable. The upper bed was surprisingly easy to access and we slept very well!
