IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED FOR TOWING. - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNEQUIPPED VEHICLES AT TIME OF PICK. - NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS PURPOSE NO EXCEPTIONS - We provide a complete weight distribution hitch system for all units - Vehicle MUST have a FUNCTIONAL 7 prong round connector - Vehicle MUST have a 2 inch RECEIVER for our hitch to be inserted - All units have a global positioning system that gets monitored daily. The system gives our office notifications of the unit’s speed while traveling - All units must drive below 70 mph, anything above, will be considered speeding and will make you responsible for any and all damages to the units tires/damages if accident is acquire ---- - If you do not have “full hookups” (sewage and/or water) And need the fresh water tank filled, we can fill for a surcharge of $25.00. A 48-hour notice is necessary for this service. o Once your fresh water tank is empty we are not responsible for continuous refill of your tank. Please make necessary arrangements. - WE DO NOT PROVIDE FILLED PROPANE; we can fill tanks for a surcharge of $25/ per tank.
