Morgan is consistently praised for being communicative, punctual for pick-up/drop-off, flexible with schedules, and providing helpful introductions. There was one dispute regarding pre-existing vehicle issues and post-rental charges.
Tows easily, comfortably fits family
The 2018 Keystone Hideout is generally clean, comfortable, and accurately depicted. It towed well with a half-ton truck and accommodated a family of 6. One renter reported pre-existing bent jack and loose trim, and disputes over initial cleanliness and missing supplies.

5.0Morgan is so personable, accommodating and helpful. I’m so thankful for the experience. The trailer fit our needs 3 adults 2 kids 14 & 11 and a baby with a crib! My only wish would be for some hooks in the bathroom for towels and to keep a broom in the trailer as that wasn’t something I considered to bring when packing. Everything else was spot on! I definitely would rebook with Morgan again! 😊

5.0First time using Outdoorsy and everything was great. I will be using the service again. The trailer was nice and clean and in great shape and was the perfect fit for our needs. Morgan was a great host, was on time for both the pick-up and drop off and worked with our schedule needs. Couldn't have been more happy with rental.
