Highly communicative and accommodating
Marc consistently responds quickly to issues and questions, delivers and sets up the trailer, and provides thorough explanations of its operation. He accommodates schedules and helps with campsite logistics.
Easy to tow and setup
The trailer is generally clean, well-stocked, and easy to tow and set up. However, the propane refrigerator and freezer had issues, and a toilet valve malfunctioned. An air mattress was provided.

3.0Unfortunately trailer had a couple of issues that took up our time and Mark's. Refrigerator didn't work on propane and toilet valve stuck causing smelly backup. Worse was counting on having freezer storage for meals. Could probably not have been as much an issue on camp area with electric hookups. Marc was very good and accommodating about responding to each each issue in a timely manner though.

5.0We had a great time in Marc’s trailer. He was patient and thorough in explaining how everything worked. When we had questions during our trip he responded quickly and was very helpful. Towing and set up were easier than expected. Everything on the trailer worked great. I think we would have preferred the original foam mattress to the air mattress that were provided, but overall it was a great experience. Thanks Marc!
