Jaime was responsive, delivered and set up RVs, and explained usage. Guests praised friendly service and assistance with pickup/dropoff. One reviewer reported a fraudulent charge and poor rental condition.

5.0Smooth and stress-free experience! We had an absolutely fantastic time renting this camping trailer for our family trip. Having it delivered and completely set up at the campsite for us made the entire experience incredibly convenient and stress-free. The trailer itself was wonderful, and communication with the owners was smooth and easy from start to finish—including the seamless pickup at the end.

1.0The worst experience. And, now that we survived a $1300 rental with no hook ups, no generator and a dead battery, we have been fraudulently charged $1000 for damage which we absolutely did not do. Dishonest host.

5.0Our trip to Silverwood was fantastic…Jamie and Jake were so easy to work with. Jamie was extremely responsive when we had questions before and during our trip. Trailer was EXTREMELY clean and functional and fit our family of 5 perfectly. We’d do it all over again!

5.0We rented two RVs from J&J RV Rentals for a wedding in Prichard, ID in July, 2025. Jaime was excellent, providing us with timely responses. She delivered the RVs to our campground, set them up for us, took them away and clearly explained how to use them. Jaime was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The RVs were very nice and very clean and had everything you needed.
