2021 Dutchmen Kodiak Cub
My Kodiac Cub is a 2021 single axle 21 foot RV that is just right for couples or any two of you on a weekend trip to a sporting event or a relaxing short get away to a national or state park. Business or pleasure, my cub won't let you down.*** (Update as of March 2023: I am upgrading the cooktop, the bathroom ceiling fan, the dinette seat cushions, and the shower curtain-door. I'm also adding some soon to be available add-ons such as bicycles, generators, BBQ, and a fully stocked option as well as destination delivery/set-up/return. Stay tuned and please message me if you have questions/requests.)Cosa è inclusoEnjoy a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a conveniently tidy kitchen that is stocked with the basics (utensils, dinner ware, cookware), linens, a French press with choice of regular or decaf coffee, sheets, hand towels, cleaning supplies, full campground hook up equipment (water hose, electrical cable, sewer hose), two lawn chairs, a small tarp, and a little something extra as a thank you.RaccomandazioniThere are many lakes and state and national parks within driving distance of Post Falls, Idaho. Also good for out of town sporting events for school-aged children, conferences in place of expensive hotels, hunting/hiking base camp, or just a weekend get away for two. Convenient if you're in town or the local area for a job.Altre cose di cui prendere notaTowing info: your tow vehicle needs a ball hitch size 2 and 5/16 inch, you need a receptacle for a 7-pin plug, a two inch receiver, and your vehicle should have a 4000 pound towing capacity. If you are new to RVing and or towing, please allow an hour or two for orientation. Contact me if this is the case so I can schedule enough time. I also now offer delivery and set up, check for max distance and if in doubt, message me. Please respect my no smoking and no pet policy. If you break something or something is not working as designed by the manufacturer, please make a note and notify me. If you have any suggestions or recommendations please fee free to let me know. Welcome to North Latitude RV Rentals. Established August 2021, the first RV listed for rent in August of 2022 just in time for Labor Day. It's a start. I have plans for a small fleet of RV rentals, a veteran owned small business. Website will come in the near future. I welcome your ideas and suggestions. I plan to add one RV per year, each with different features and capabilities. I hope you enjoy your rental RV.

Please no smoking inside or in the immediate vicinity. No pets, please. I take pride in the excellent condition in which I maintain my RV, please help keep it livable and serviceable. If you are inexperienced with towing, use caution when in doubt.

The RV was as described and worked well for our trip! The best part though was Tom. We were left without an RV last minute due to another owner and Tom was awesome! He was such a great person to communicate with, worked with us on delivery timing and was very kind. He is greatly appreciated! Thanks Tom!

We had such a great time camping at The Gorge in the Cub. Tom was so kind and communicative. Couldn’t recommend renting the Cub from Tom enough!

We had to take a work trip to my fathers property in northern Idaho which was combined as a family vacation. We are motorhome owners but driving our motorhome from the Seattle area to Idaho wasn't something we wanted to do on a holiday weekend. Tom's Kodiak cub was the perfect accommodation for the two of us. Tom's location was only one hour of driving to our destination. The trailer us extremely nice and very clean. Tom is also a very gracious host. We had a few hiccups with our towing vehicle and Tom was very helpful and patient while we sorted it out. We would definitely recomend for a nice weekend getaway.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick up and drop off times will vary so it will be a case by case basis. Best to ask well in advance so something can be arranged.
