Please be mindful of how you park the RV so that there is room for the slide-out.Heads up on how to avoid additional post-trip fees:
1) Please return the RV with full gas tank, full propane, empty waste tanks, and cleaned. Fees: gas/propane refill: $6/gallon. Black/grey dump: $25. Excessive cleaning fee: $100.
2) If anything gets damaged (whether it's the RV itself or just a bath towel) let us know. Minor damage frequently causes major problems later, so if we have to discover damage ourselves, we charge a $50 fee in addition to the cost of repairs.
3) Please respect our time by arriving for pickup and drop off on time. If you are significantly late, it interferes with our jobs/other plans for the day. If you are more than 15 min late, it will result in a late fee of $50/hr.
