Highly communicative, accommodating host
Pete Holley consistently receives praise for excellent communication, being very accommodating (including early returns), and making the pickup/drop-off process easy for guests. He also sets up the RV at campsites.
Clean, well-maintained, with issues
The RV is clean, well-equipped with essentials, and has good AC. However, guests reported a thin mattress, a minor toilet valve issue, and a significant problem with 12V batteries not holding a charge, causing alarms.

4.0The RV was great, it came with many amazing essentials and it was clean. The AC also worked really well! There was a small issue with the toilet valve, when you pressed on the foot pedal the valve did not open but it was very easy to fix. The mattress on the bed was also a bit thin but everything else was great! The host did a great job communicating with us and they had everything set up for us when we arrived at our campsite.
