Cable ready, DVD player, CD player, stereo speakers inside and outside, power deploy and retractable awning with outdoor lights, water heater, full shower, toilet, air conditioned, gas heat, water heater is electric and propane. Refrigerator is gas or electric. It's lighter weight so it can be easily towed by a half ton truck with 9,500 pound or more towing capacity. 2 - 2,000 watt Yamaha gas generators run the whole thing.
