5.0The van, as well as London & Gary were absolutely fantastic. we traveled in from out of state to explore Oregon. They navigated airport pick up for us, and spent a decent amount of time going over all of the van features for us. this was REALLY helpful because you just didn't know when you'd be a turn away from no service for the rest of the night. (Remember to download maps before you leave!) the van was equip with AWESOME lights around the whole thing that made driving in the dark & rain super comfortable. we didnt use the shower but the hose by the door was probably my favorite feature to rinse off dirty boots before stepping in off of terrain. the toilet was CLUTCH too. it is collapsible so its awesome that it doesnt take up space if you dont want it to, but you have everything you need if you wish to have it. lights throughout the entire van in every corner to make sure you can see along with read at the bed. fans to move air. cook top was amazing. cannot say enough good about the experience in the van, look forward to another trip!

5.0Gary, London and the van were all incredible! Super accommodating with our schedule and quick to answer questions when we had them. The van was beautifully built and maintained and was perfect for our trip around Oregon. It had all the bells and whistles we needed to have a safe and comfortable trip. We’re not the most mechanically inclined, but the van was super easy to use after about a day of getting used to it.

5.0My girlfriend and I just got back from an awesome trip in Gary and London’s Sprinter van. We can’t say enough good things. The van was super clean, fully loaded, and honestly felt like a tiny home on wheels. Everything worked great and it was super comfy to drive and sleep in. Gary and London were awesome hosts — super kind, easy to communicate with, and really took the time to show me how everything worked before I hit the road. We drove it out to Summer Lake Hot Springs and had the best time. It was a beautiful drive, and the setup was super chill when got there. We would 100% rent from them again. If you’re thinking about exploring Oregon, or anywhere else, this van is perfect.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the van?
A.
We currently live in Washington and can coordinate convenient pickup and drop-off locations within about 30 minutes of Portland, OR or nearby areas in Washington. Early pickup is available as an add-on. Late drop-off can usually be accommodated. To arrange times that work best, please send us a message with your travel plans, and we’ll coordinate a convenient schedule.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the van easily?
A.
We set aside about an hour at all pick-ups to go over the van in detail. During this walkthrough, we’ll show you how everything works, from driving and parking tips to operating the kitchen, water systems, heating, and electronics. The van is equipped with 360° cameras, lane assist, and adaptive cruise control to make driving easier and more comfortable, even for first-time Sprinter drivers. Our walkthrough ensures you feel confident before hitting the road.

How does the van’s electric system work?
A.
The van has a Volta power system with high-capacity lithium-ion batteries and an inverter to supply electricity. You can plug into a campground hookup to charge or run appliances, and it also charges while driving using a high-output alternator, allowing you to power things like air conditioning without propane or a noisy generator. We’ll show you how to monitor and operate the system during pickup.
