Important: Please ensure you have a hitch receiver and working 7-way plug on your tow vehicle.Well-kept, clean, fully functional 16 foot trailer (18 feet total). Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably between the full sized bed and fold down dinette. Full bath with shower and toilet. Lots of storage including wardrobe style closet.Equipped with propane heater (warms up the camper super quick), manual awning, air conditioner when on shore power, AC/propane refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, dish-ware and cooking utensils, portable stove to use outdoor, and stereo with line-in or Bluetooth connectivity.Current battery bank allows for about four days of battery power for "normal" use such as constant fridge, lights at night, and periodic vent fans before needing some kind of recharge either through shore power or plugged into vehicle.You will need to provide your own bedding, either full-size sheets or sleeping bags.

What do I need to fill or empty before returning the camper?

Upon returning the camper, the black water and gray water tanks need to be empty. If you are unable to them before the return, there's a $25 charge. You are not required to return the camper with a full potable water tank or a full propane tank.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

During the summer months I am fairly firm on my pick up and drop off times to accommodate turnover for the next rental. In the fall and winter, I can be more flexible. In general, If you require extra time to have the camper to pack ahead of your trip, I recommend booking it for the added days as needed.
