Cascadia Two is the name of our rear-wheel drive Sprinter van. Professionally upfitted to a high standard of both fit and function, this rig is all about enabling adventure for people who value the space, convenience and security that only a gear garage can offer. Four bikes + ski gear in back? You bet! The van is outfitted for two people to travel for a week without needing to resupply anything other than fuel. We are garden-growing, outdoor recreation enthusiasts who spent two years traveling overland and working in Australia back in 2008/09 with our (then) young children. We love cooking and enjoy sharing our home-grown produce when it's in season. We also like to build things and make already built things better. Most of all though, we enjoy having adventures in beautiful places, like the canyon country of Utah, high mountains anywhere and the wilds of the Pacific Northwest. Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
1-Make use of your side mirrors and the backup camera when parking...when in doubt, go slow and/or get a spotter outside to help.
2-Remember your height clearance is 10 feet!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We usually set a 12pm pickup time and also a 12pm return time for this van but are flexible based upon our customer's needs...let us know what you're thinking!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
-Shore power connection is on the driver side of the van, it uses a female twist-lock connector which adapts to a standard 120v plug for an extension cord which can be plugged into a power source. Water fill port is on the driver side. Use our provided drinking water hose to fill the 25 gallon tank. 20 gallon graywater tank exists underneath the passenger side and is emptied by opening the drain valve which is just behind the trailing edge of the sliding door opening and under the van.
