Responsive, patient, and understanding
Omid was consistently responsive to questions, patiently explained van functions upon pickup, and showed understanding for return delays. He even helped with a last-minute rental.
Drives smoothly and well-equipped
Flora consistently ran smoothly, was clean, and well-maintained. Guests found it comfortable and well-equipped, making it perfect for long coastal road trips.

5.0My wife and I had just started a planned 10-day trip when our van broke down. Omid was a hero, coming through with a last-minute rental. The van ran smoothly, clean and well maintained. It saved our vacation!

5.0I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my trip, my rental and Omid! Omid was very patient and showed me everything I needed to know about the van to hit the road as soon as I landed in Portland. The Flora was a perfect fit for my needs of driving down the coast of Oregon into northern California.
